Return Policy

At Futurity Peptides, all products are sold strictly for research purposes only. Due to the specialized nature of research compounds, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Unopened Products: Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened, used, or tampered products, regardless of the reason. This includes partially used vials or damaged seals.

Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom synthesized peptides, sale or discounted items, and productspast their labeled expiration date are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, email support@futuritypeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense using a trackable method. Refunds (minus any applicable fees) will be processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

International Orders: Returns from international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or restrictions. Customers are responsible for these costs.
